As a digital marketer, I have helped develop and strategize web, social, and TV content for companies across the globe. I’ve led the creation of unique patient experiences through a pandemic and have revolutionized the management system of a multi-billion dollar healthcare organization.

2021 - present :: Executive Director of Strategy Integration & Operations - ADVENTHEALTH CENTRAL FLORIDA
Leading the management system and performance review structure for the central Florida division.
2020 - 2021 :: Executive Director of Consumer Experience Design - ADVENTHEALTH
Leads the development and design of consumer experiences for patients and families. Responsible for driving conceptual thinking, vision and interpretation of the organization’s strategy, design, and creative execution. Identifies world-class solutions that engage employees to positively influence the consumer experience. A developer of strategy and human culture and a creative thought leader employing equal parts science and art in shaping AdventHealth's strategic direction.
2018 - 2020 :: Director of Video Content Strategy - ADVENTHEALTH CENTRAL FLORIDA
Oversees the creative brand of video, supporting projects from both internal and external production teams. Leads the strategy for video messaging to consumers across the Florida division of Adventist Health System. Supports the internal production of video content for executive and employee communication.
2013 - 2018 :: Creative Director of Video - FLORIDA HOSPITAL
Award-winning leader of film production, supporting projects from inception to delivery while also managing the budget of each production. Work has ranged from organization-wide internal communication to television and digital content production for consumers. Responsible for managing the overall brand and voice of the organization as it pertains to video.
2008 - present :: Freelance Director
Director of commercials, short form narrative films, music videos, corporate training content, and documentary films. Working with clients around the globe, I have had the opportunity to create powerful marketing content, as well as create dynamic stories.
2004 - 2013 :: Branding Consultant - FLORIDA HOSPITAL
Responsible for the department website, digital content, DMAIC Monthly News show, and managing layout for the organization’s award applications. Layout management and design for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and the Florida Governor's Sterling Award (Winner in 2010). Creator and producer of the DMAIC Monthly News show.

Owned and operated a film production company specializing in film, commercials, corporate digital content, as well as weddings and music videos.
